The purpose of my visit to the historic pub hotel was to enjoy a weekend retreat. Every aspect of my stay was delightful, but I was particularly impressed by the enormous bathroom, which featured new facilities, including a luxurious shower and a separate toilet. the black and white art deco decor in the rooms added to the charm, and the fabulous restaurant and bar offered an exquisite dining experience. the ambiance of the lounge area with its gas fireplace was also a highlight. My gratitude extends to the hotel for an exceptional experience that truly exceeded expectations.
